 You have a choice of a suite with canopy bed, and a private outdoor Jacuzzi, or a studio with your choice of king, queen or twin sleeping arrangements.
The total number that can be accommodated in the B&B is seven. All units have garden views surrounded by the wonderful singing of the various birds in the morning.
The units can interconnect on the inside if requested, to accommodate families or couples traveling together. The Peacock suite has a sitting area with a single sleep sofa, the kitchenette is in a separate room, a larger lanai (deck) with the private Jacuzzi spa, which is only for those staying in the suite.
  All have private entrances and private bathrooms with shower/tubs or showers.Kitchenettes, with refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, coffee bean grinders, blenders, toasters, hotplates, clock radios and more. Dining area. Lanai (outdoor deck area). Cable TV with DVD and CD player, telephone, ceiling fans, clock radios, hair dryers, ironing boards w/ irons, kimonos, coolers and other surprises.We furnish beach items - towels, chairs and mats for your convenience at no extra charge.There is an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.There is a library on restaurants, island activates and Hawaiian information. WiFi - wireless computer access (password protected), perfect for the business traveler. For those that do not want to bring their laptop, who are truly on vacation, but just need to check their e-mail, there are internet cafes in the town of Kailua.There are laundry facilities for your use.Upon request we have a crib or futon (single or double) for your use for a small additional fee.Free off-street parking. Have breakfast in your dining area within your private unit, on your lanai, or breakfast in bed.
Each unit is stocked (one time) with fruit basket, pastries, yogurt, cereals, juices, coffee, teas and much more. Enjoy your breakfast at your leisure.

 Rates are for double occupancy, there is a extra $25 charge for a third person in the room Minimum three nights stay - Holiday minimum varies.Long term and multiple discounts available.We are non-smoking property.Sorry no pets. 3:00 PM. Earlier check-in must be prearranged.
 10:00 AM. Late check-outs can be prearranged, if available, for a small service fee.
 We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders or travelers checks. Money must be in US dollars for your required deposit to confirm your stay. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Short notice reservations require payment in full. Currently we do not accept credit cards.
 Deposits must be received within 12 days of booking or are subject to cancellation.
 Long term and multiple unit reservations may be discounted.
 Due to our intimate size, changes and any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a 30-day cancellation policy. Cancellations 30 days prior will be refunded their deposit less a one-day stay, if we cannot rebook the entire stay. If we can rebook, your full deposit is returned, less a $45 processing fee. Cancellations less than 14 days, will forfeit full payment unless we can rebook. Refund will be based upon the number of days we can rebook, less a $45 processing fee. All changes in reservations will be assessed an additional $25 processing fee and returned checks $45.
